announced that London- based Management Consulting Group PLC has named Proudfoot's
CEO, Luiz Carvalho, to the position of Managing Director of its Operational
Consulting Division.

Proudfoot Consulting is part of publicly traded Management Consulting Group PLC
(LSE: MMC), one of the world's top 25 consulting firms. Proudfoot recently moved its
global and North American headquarters to Atlanta, Georgia. It operates globally

In an announcement dated April 23, the board of Management Consulting Group PLC
announced that it was streamlining the organization of the firm and putting into
place a new management structure. This structure separated the consulting businesses
of MCG into two groups: Consultancy Practices and Operational Consulting. Mr
Carvalho will lead the latter of the two groups.

The new structure will allow improved focus on client needs as well as create two
clear and distinct business streams with fully accountable and aligned management
capable of delivering sustainable business growth and new business opportunities.

Regarding his expanded role, Mr Carvalho stated, "I'm pleased with the progress we
have made so far and very confident that these changes will provide a firm
foundation for delivering profitable growth for shareholders and will lead to an
improvement in both operational and financial performance."

Mr Carvalho, who recently celebrated his 26th anniversary with Proudfoot, also
joined the MCG Board of Directors on March 19. He will retain his responsibilities
as CEO of Proudfoot Consulting, a position he has held since 2002.
